Mandatum Application

Welcome to the 2026 Mandatum application process! We are so glad that you are here! Please complete the application below, which includes providing basic information about yourself and responding to some short answer questions about you and your faith journey. The questions that are asked in this application are intended to learn a little bit more about you before attending Mandatum. You will also be prompted to provide contact information for your parent/guardian and one additional reference, which cannot be family or friends. Please do not submit your application until it is entirely complete. You must complete the application in one sitting. It should take you about 20 minutes to complete. An email will be sent to you confirming that we have received your application. If you do not get an email, please check that you have submitted your application. Once we have received your reference, we will reach out to you with next steps.

After submitting your application, please use the QR code below to pay the non-refundable application fee of $50. This will be applied to the week's total cost. Your application will not be considered until we have received your payment.
