​Welcome to the 2027 Mandatum application process! We are so glad that you are here. Please complete the 3 steps below. 
Your application will not be considered complete until we have received 1) the application, 2) your reference, and 3) the $50 application fee.​

STEP 1: Complete the Application
Please complete the application linked below, which includes providing basic information about yourself and responding to some short answer questions about you and your faith journey. The questions that are asked in this application are intended to learn a little bit more about you before attending Mandatum. Please do not submit your application until it is entirely complete. You must complete the application in one sitting. It should take you approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. An on-screen submission message will be shown confirming that we have received step 1 of your application process. If you do not see it, please check that you have submitted your application.

STEP 2: Submit a Reference
1) Please provide one adult reference here: Reference Information
Your reference should be someone who knows you well and can speak about your character, leadership, and discipleship (priest, youth minister, teacher, coach, employer, etc.). References may not be a family member or a peer (friend, classmate, teammate).

2) After providing their information, please share the additional link below with your reference. Let them know that it will take approximately 3-5 minutes to complete and must be done within 2-3 weeks after submitting your application.

STEP 3: Submit the Application Fee
A parent or legal guardian must submit payment using the QR code or link below. The non-refundable application fee is $50 and will be applied to the total cost of the week. Applications will not be reviewed until payment is received from a parent or guardian.
